The short version

AFERIY P310 in brief: substantial backup with a loading catch

The P310 combines substantial stored energy with solar input and optional battery expansion for a settled backup or RV setup. We like the scope for building around real electrical needs. Before ordering, settle appliance voltage compatibility and how you will load it.

Verdict

8.8/10

Our verdict: substantial RV backup if you can manage the lift

When the RV settles into its campsite, this battery's intended role becomes clear: a substantial reserve with room to grow. On paper, it ranks among the best overall on the site. Give it a regular parking spot and a clear job.

Our verdict: We recommend it for planned RV setups and selected outage essentials, after confirming electrical compatibility. For phone charging and modest campsite lighting, choose a smaller portable power station.

Worth noting Avoid it if lifting a substantial load into your vehicle would make every departure difficult. A telescopic handle does not solve that initial lift, which remains the sticking point.

Who it's for

Who can put this portable battery to useful work?

  • RV travelers with planned electrical loads
  • Households prioritizing selected outage essentials
  • Cabin users with suitable solar space

This station suits RV travelers who plan their electrical loads and have a workable loading arrangement. During a longer campground stay without hookups, refrigeration and everyday electronics would draw from the same reserve. Optional expansion and solar compatibility give that kind of setup useful room to develop.

Less suitable if

Skip it if your camping electricity needs stop at phones and a reading light. It is also a poor match for buyers who need familiar US household connections without first confirming outlet format and appliance voltage compatibility.

Our scores explained

Every model on the site is scored on the same criteria, using the same scale: its position among models with verified data for that specification. Last place earns 6.5, first place 9.6, and the rest are scored in proportion to their rank. Here is how this model's scores are calculated.

Two model counts: the rank and average include product pages on this site scored for the criterion; the calculation compares the model with all catalogue models whose specification is verified, with or without a product page. A score assigned at publication may remain without a verified specification, so the first count can sometimes be higher.

Our full methodology

Detailed analysis

The campground has no hookups, dinner is underway, and the RV's electrical needs have followed you into the woods. The AFERIY P310 brings a substantial energy reserve, demanding-appliance output, and solar charging support to that situation. We see a convincing role for it in a planned RV setup or an outage kit. The practical question is how well its connections and transport demands fit your routine.

The P310 portable power station brings 3840 Wh to outage planning

A remote workday at a cabin can get complicated when utility power disappears halfway through a call. The router needs electricity, your laptop needs charging, and the refrigerator has its own agenda. With 3840 Wh of stored energy, the P310 belongs in the conversation about substantial backup reserves and RV use. That capacity describes energy held in the battery, while the appliances you connect determine how quickly you use it.

What would earn a connection in your cabin? We would start with refrigeration, communications, and useful lighting, then consider the extras. Usable energy will be lower than the advertised reserve, so a precise appliance runtime would promise more than the specifications support.

The battery uses LiFePO4 chemistry and supports an optional expansion battery. We like that room to grow for longer stays away from hookups. Expansion still calls for deliberate load planning; adding storage does not make every appliance a sensible companion.

Can the portable power station P310 put 3600 W to useful work?

A coffee maker in an RV or a demanding appliance at a sheltered outdoor work area gives the stated 3600 W rated output a practical purpose. The connected equipment must stay below that ceiling, including the combined demand when several devices run together. Your coffee maker has no idea the refrigerator already called dibs.

Motor-driven equipment also needs attention at startup, when demand can rise above its normal running draw. Rated output alone cannot settle compatibility with a compressor or another motor. Check the appliance requirements before relying on it during an outage.

The AC arrangement provides 3 sockets rated for European mains voltage, so US buyers need compatible appliances as well as matching plugs. For a US buyer, outlet format and appliance voltage compatibility are essential checks before ordering. Do not assume your familiar household plug belongs there. For compatible vehicle accessories, there is a 12 V cigarette lighter socket; check each device's electrical requirements before plugging it in.

With 2000 W solar input, the P310 needs a panel plan

At an open RV site, panels set out after breakfast could help replenish the reserve while you spend the morning outside. The maximum solar input of 2000 W allows a substantial panel arrangement within the specified electrical limits. That is room for several panels, with their combined electrical characteristics checked against the station's requirements.

Will your parking spot still have useful sunlight when the afternoon arrives? Trees, nearby vehicles, panel orientation, and changing weather all influence what reaches the battery. The input ceiling describes what the station can accept, not a promise about what the sky will provide.

Solar charging compatibility is confirmed, but included panels and cables are not specified. Ask the retailer for the exact package contents before assembling your setup. For an RV stay, the useful question is how the panels fit your available space and daily routine. A large input rating helps only when the rest of that arrangement makes sense.

Moving 42 kg makes the telescopic handle matter

Loading the vehicle is the awkward part. At 42 kg, this station makes more sense as equipment better rolled than carried around a campground. The telescopic handle suits that role, but it cannot remove the lift into a vehicle. Plan the loading arrangement before departure, especially if you usually pack alone.

Once you reach the site, location matters just as much as transport. A sheltered position near the equipment you intend to run can reduce unnecessary moves. Follow the manual, keep the station away from rain and high heat, and charge it in a ventilated area.

Wi-Fi app connectivity is supported. That could be a useful convenience, although we would not build an off-grid routine around assumed network coverage or unspecified remote functions. Pick a sheltered spot you can reach without another awkward lift, and leave the connections accessible.

Our AFERIY P310 review favors a settled RV setup

The strongest argument for this model is a fairly settled role: substantial stored energy for an RV or selected essentials during an outage, with solar input and expansion support that can suit a more developed setup. Its overall rating places it among the best on the site. That standing makes sense for someone who wants a serious reserve and has already thought through appliance compatibility.

For a family tent where the main jobs are charging phones and lighting the evening, we would favor a smaller portable power station instead. Those modest needs do not automatically justify a setup of this scale. An RV with demanding electrical equipment presents a stronger case, provided the connections match.

Our buying advice is straightforward: choose the job before choosing the battery. If the P310 will spend most of its time in an accessible position serving a planned group of appliances, its strengths have somewhere useful to go.

Frequently asked questions

Your questions about the P310 before ordering

Can the P310 run a demanding appliance?

Its rated output is 3600 W, enough to consider a demanding appliance whose requirements fit below that limit. Add up simultaneous loads and check motor startup requirements separately. Appliance voltage and plug compatibility also need confirmation before you rely on the connection.

Does the P310 support solar panels and extra battery storage?

Yes. Solar charging and an optional expansion battery are supported. Maximum solar input is 2000 W, allowing several panels within the specified electrical limits. Actual solar production depends on the panels, their orientation, and available sunlight.

Will this station suit US household appliances?

The specified AC sockets use European mains voltage; check the voltage accepted by each appliance, since a plug adapter alone does not establish compatibility. Ask the retailer to confirm the outlet format, warranty coverage, and return terms before ordering.

Can I plan a precise refrigerator runtime from the capacity?

No. The 3840 Wh capacity represents a very large stored energy reserve, but usable energy will be lower. A refrigerator's consumption varies with operating conditions and compressor activity. Plan around its electrical requirements and the other devices sharing the battery rather than a fixed runtime promise.
